It is possible to use a LinkSys SPA3102 behind the Ubee DOCSIS3 cable modem used by Ziggo Internet in The Netherlands. This allows you to route incoming calls on your Ziggo cable phone line to your 3CX PBX server. In order for the calling line identification (CLI) to correctly come through to 3CX PBX you need to set a 3 millisecond gain on the PSTN to SPA. This can be done as follows:
  1. Enter the web based configuration page of your LinkSys SPA3102
  2. Switch to admin mode and then to advanced mode
  3. Click on the Voice tab at the top

  4. Click on the PSTN Line tab in the line with the red tabs
  5. Scroll all the way to the bottom to the Internaitonal Control section and add a 3 for the PSTN to SPA Gain while leaving the SPA to PSTN Gain at 0
