​In order to install CCcam on your Dreambox running Gemini, you can use the myServer method. Follow the steps below to do this.Download the useraddon.xmlfile with a reference to my server containing the CCcam installation packagesUse an FTP Client (i.e. FileZilla) to connect to your Dreambox. The default username is root, password is dreamboxUpload the at step 1 downloaded useraddon.xml file to /var/tuxbox/config on your Dreambox, overwrite the already existing file.Restart your Dreambox by i.e. navigating to http://<ip of your dreambox>/cgi-bin/admin?command=restart or simply unplugging the power from your Dreambox and plugging it back in.

  • Press the blue button on the remote control of your Dreambox and browse to Addons or simply press 2 on your remote control

  • Now navigate to download (myServer) and press OK on your remote control (screenshot below shows incorrect selected option)

  • Your dreambox will now connect with my server to retrieve the available CCcam installation packages. Make sure your Dreambox is able to connect to the internet using HTTP over port 80. If you don't want your Dreambox to be able to download information from the internet or can't get this to work, try the manual installation option.
  • Navigate to the group Cam and press Ok on your remote control.

  • Navigate to the CCcam version you wish to install and press OK on your remote control

  • After the package had been downloaded to your Dreambox, press the green button on your remote control to confirm installation of the package

  • Installation will proceed. Press OK once the confirmation box shows to close the popup. Your Dreambox will automatically reboot.

  • Once rebooted, press the blue button on your remote control to open the Blue Panel

  • Press the red button on your remote control to enter Auto-Camd Setup

  • Press the left button on your remote control to move the selection to the Default Camd area at the top

  • Press the OK button on your remote control to expand the list, select the CCcam <version you just installed> option by pressing the up and down buttons on your remote control and press the OK button again.

  • Press exit on your remote control once to return to the Blue Panel menu

  • Press the green button on your remote control to choose the option Start/Restart Camd. CCcam will now start.

  • You can now go ahead and configure CCcam
